This contract is between Rob Johnston Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as "RJE") and the Client (hereinafter referred to as “Client”).
1. Services:
RJE agrees to provide:
a 1-hour consultation via Zoom to discuss song selection, special requests, formalities, and answer any additional questions.
4 hours of entertainment coverage with Rob Johnston as the DJ for the Client’s event, for the agreed upon fee of $950. For each additional hour, the Client will pay an additional $200.
2. Payment: The Client must deposit $300 within the first 15 days of this contract to secure the date of the event. The remaining balance of $650 must be paid in full prior to the event.
3. Cancellation: If the Client cancels the event for any reason, the deposit will be non-refundable
4. Liability: RJE is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the services provided.
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms of this contract.
