This contract is between Rob Johnston Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as "RJE") and the Client (hereinafter referred to as “Client”).

1. Services:

RJE agrees to provide:

a 2-hour consultation via Zoom to discuss song selection, special requests, formalities, and answer any additional questions.
a full day of entertainment coverage with Rob Johnston as the DJ/MC for the Client’s event, for the agreed upon fee of $1750.

2. Payment: The Client must deposit $750 within the first 15 days of this contract to secure the date of the event. The remaining balance of $1000 must be paid in full prior to the event.

This contract is between Rob Johnston Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as "RJE") and the Client (hereinafter referred to as “Client”).

RJE agrees to provide:

3. Cancellation: If the Client cancels the event for any reason, the deposit will be non-refundable

4. Liability: RJE is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the services provided.
